Dispatch-Direct provides SMS updates and two-way communication between real estate project managers and contractors. Messages may include work updates, scheduling, status requests, and response support. This program is for project coordination only—not lending, financing, or unrelated marketing.

Messages are usually plain text. A project manager may occasionally include a web link when sharing a document, scheduling page, or map that is directly related to the job.

Contractors may set SMS preferences at our public page: https://www.dispatch-direct.com/contractors/opt-in. SMS is optional and not required to use Dispatch-Direct or to complete any service. The page offers a clear choice to opt in to SMS or to decline SMS notifications. Project managers may add a contractor only after appropriate consent (for example the contractor opted in on this page, provided written or verbal consent, or will text the Dispatch number first). If you opt in, you agree to receive SMS related to project communication with your project manager.
